Which size should I choose?

Sizes listed below are approximate measurements for the body of the towel only.
(The hood is not included in these size guidelines)

 

Child Small: 27"x52" (Fits children ages 0-4 years old)

Child Medium: 30"x56" (Fits ages 4-10 years old)

Adult/Large: 36"x72" (Fits youth and adults between about 5' and 6' tall)

 

How do I place an order?

1. Simply click on a towel photo from the SHOP page.

2. Select the options you prefer (size, color, etc).

3. Add the item to the shopping cart.

4. Click on the cart icon and check out using PayPal (includes credit card payments).

 

Why does my Tubby Towel look different than the photos on your site?

We make every effort to be as accurate as possible, but since we offer such a wide selection, some towel colors may not be available at certain times, and we may have to find the closest alternative. Additionally, towel hood styles and features may change slightly from what is pictured on our site. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

 

Do you offer personalization?

Yes! Please contact us via email or phone for personalized embroidery in either block or script lettering (for an additional fee).

 

Payment and Shipping

Tubby Towels accepts credit cards, PayPal, or Apple Pay for all online transactions. 

Shipping within the United States is via USPS Priority Mail. Estimated shipping time is 4-7 business days from when the order is placed.

International shipping is typically via USPS Priority Mail, but may vary by region. Estimated shipping time can also vary due to individual country's customs policies, and it is possible some orders may not be able to be fulfilled. Please contact us if you have any questions or would like to confirm timing.

 

Returns & Refunds

We take pride in our craftsmanship, and are confident you will be happy with your Tubby Towel for many years.

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your towel(s) within the first 90 days of purchases, simply contact us and return it for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
